Yamino Gets a Kitten!

It's nice to have some company when I'm working all night on comic updates, even if the company is somewhat demanding at times.

Believe it or not, despite the impression my comic might give, I'm not what you'd call a 'cat person."  This is my first ever pet that's not relegated 90% of the time to a cage/aquarium/enclosure.  I have always been very wary of cats, especially kittens, because of their needly claws.  But since rescuing WInkle I've fallen in love with her, even though she clawed up my arms in a fit of terror today when our dachshund startled her.  I forgave her immediately, despite the bleeding... That's the power of kittens...

P.S. Whose genius idea was it to make Neosporin tasty to cats? She keeps trying to lick my wounds with her sandpaper tongue.  I appreciate the gesture, but OW. OW OW OW
