Well, it’s technically half an hour late, but considering that I’ve put off homework to do it and will now have to wake up early, I’m not too dissatisfied with the rushed result. XD; Well well well, who are these new little creatures? They seem friendly enough, and somehow familiar…

Cupids of some sorts! Something about Cupids just wants to say, “Oh Crap!”
LOL
what’s just happen.. is that blue things planted in the pregnancy test?
They look more like trouble-making pixies rather than harbingers-of-goodness cupids… Maybe I’m just being suspicious. :3
Wittle Gabby’s have come to celebrate!!!
How cuute! ^^
i love this strip. the clean line. the soft colour. it blends well.
keep up the good work and be sure i that i will support u all the way.
Sister Claire is one of the most adorable animated females I’ve ever seen. <3
Wow… I stumbled on this through an ad, and I’m genuinely impressed! I like how you’re taking the story of Mary and Jesus and putting a (sort of) more modern spin on it. There’s going to be a bright future for this strip, I’m sure of it!
@ Udonge: Only if the Church doesn’t put it on the list of banned webcomics… <⁄sarcasm>
The list of things the catholic Church has banned is longer than the list of things it hasn’t. Maybe they should just write the latter list instead?
True… true…
I don’t really approve of “church bannings” of this sort of thing, despite being a Christian myself. I think this comic is entertaining, and it’s not trying to forcibly change my beliefs, so It doesn’t really affect me.
Those overzealous church people need to chill out. I see nothing wrong with this place at all.
Thanks, Udonge. I’m not trying to make a comic to convert people to one belief or another. It’s all for fun, and it’s not meant to be an insult to anyone. It’s aimed at anyone with a sense of humor, no matter what their background or religious affiliation. I’m sure there are some people who will find this offensive, but guess what? I’m doing this for free, and nobody’s forcing them to read it. XD
I’m atheist. I just like reading this because Claire is so cute.
Thus my “<⁄sarcasm>” tag. It’s hilarious to me because I’m familiar enough with the Catholic Church (my Aunt’s side are of a semi-conservative bent) that I can recognize most of the conventions/tropes/idioms shown in the comic and how they’ve been put into a humorous context.
Just found you and caught up. love your stuff keep it up
Hey, Yamino, I saw where you were featured over at http://www.thewebcomiclist.com/
You’ve been getting a lot of well earned publicity lately. Congratulations!
Thanks Meggyc, for linking me to the review! Holy crap! (This is going to become my catchphrase, it seems.) I don’t even have 30 pages and I’m already getting reviewed!? WOO. The pressure is ON!!!
This comic is so wrong, and yet so adorable. XD The art style for this is perfect. Good work, Yamino!
I think they are called Cherubs.
Heh. This rocks.
Awesome comic! Just got caught up!
Should a newly pregnant women be thrown around like that? lol … then again say that to Piper on Charmed. … ugh i’m such a dork. lol
Omg this is sooo cute I got it from Miss Gedris who does Yu Mi dream and lesbian pirates kidnapped me comics
*laughs her ass off* Best pregnancy test ever. When I become a mother I want my test to do that.
This comic is so funny, you did a great job. See you in class Monday ^-^
Congrats on being featured!
>_< i just found ths, and make no mistake, i will be watching! 0_o
I just found you now and I love this already! (Incidentally, I’m a Sabbath observant Jew who does not feel compelled to consider switching religions, no matter how hard this comic rocks. ^_^ ) I’m getting the feeling you were a touch inspired by Powerpuff Girls? Whether I’m right or not, I’m still loving it!
hey hey hey! haven’t been here for awhile and look at all these followers! congrats, sista!
I hope my favourites list can keep taking new comic links >_<
Yay, new reader.
Hey, I found this comic via the link from Menage a 3, read thru the archive, and can’t wait for more updates! Bookmark’d! Love the art style and the humor throughout, it’s awesome!
I miss the original conception
But I’m VERY proud of what you have done. VERY
Those cherubs look suspiciously as if they’ve been copied from a Nirvana album. LUVIT.
So, I just thought of this, but would an abbey really need a bathroom door that says “women” on it? It seems a little excessive.
LongshoLink: If you look carefully, you’ll see that’s no ordinary “women” sign. XD
*cherubim
Anyway, that’s whatcha get, Sistah, for invoking Brother Jenkin’s holy warcry!
Longshot, yes abbeys do. Not everything is cloistered, some areas are public (open to visitors), some are private (comparable to your family home), and some is cloistered. Still, it’s good to make clear who is allowed where.
I would avoid bathrooms from now on if I were her…
LOL…that is SOME pregnancy test!
I’m a born-again hindu who used to be christian (yes, you can do that, you don’t need a caste, its just unusual) and I always liked religious humor like this comic offers.
@Ashvati
Born again HINDU! Wow, I’ve never heard of that before. Cool! I think you’ll find that as the story progresses, you’ll find some interesting Hindu influences. Particularly with Gabrielle. Check out the Taror Card I made of her in the blog section.
Okay, this is the second time something has exploded and sent Claire flying. What the hell? (Can I say that here?)
this does explain the screaming
AWESOME! Do they really do that? Or just turn blue? Cos I dig fireworks. Dancers and a band would be kinda cool, too.
FUCKFUCKFUCK!!! Is Gabrielle just opposed to letting the girl keep this discrete?
This is better than a little pink “plus” sign…I think.
