Anyway, this next chapter is going to be really hard to draw, but also really fun. And weird. As you can see, Gabrielle seems to have invented a new trick inspired by her toilet travels.

All that detail must have been difficult to draw, but I really appreciate it. Just because I like them better, I’m saying the ship is from The Goonies and the whale’s Shamu.

That opening down into the sea kind of reminds me of a Fritz Leiber story, “When the Seaking’s away”. Can’t say I remember much of it though… I should reread those books.
