Christ women! nobody wants you to cripple yourself for us. If it is crippling you then stop, or at least give it a rest. Then figure out what it is that is damaging you. Is your tablet in the wrong position? Do you hold your pen too tight or in the wrong way. Are your ergonomic devices all snake-oil? Do you need better ones? Have you seen a shrink about your “must-sketch-always” OCD ? In other words YOUR RISTS SHOULD NOT HERT YOU fix that first and worry about the comic latter.

Also I agree with the general consensus,you really should just stop drawing for awhile so your arms can heal properly.I can assure you that it is no fun to be in pain like that for any length of time because I had to deal with tendinitis for awhile.Just doing request for guests strips until you know you can get back to a decent update schedule without harming yourself.

Hey, James Bond reference! Did you know that “shaken, not stirred” is actually a pretty weak drink? The stirrers are specifically designed to avoid breaking the ice cubes, which would make them melt faster and dilute the drink.
On the other hand, yes, do not overexert yourself. It is nice that you enjoy drawing, and it is certainly nice of you to share your art with the world, but your health comes first. We’d all rather wait a month per page than never see the end because you lost your hands due to self-inflicted abuse and then killed yourself in despair. Take care, please!

I’m with everyone else on this. If your wrists are attempting to explode on you, then put on the braces, put on a movie, grab whatever your favorite munchies are, and just relax. No one is going to hold a couple missed updates against you. If you’re committed to updating, get some guest strips. Hell, even I’ll draw something for you. Just don’t expect anything more than stick figures that would make XKCD look like the Mona Lisa.
@HatredLord It would make sense if it was a weaker drink though. If James Bond is on a mission, but he needs a drink to blend in, you’d want something weak to make sure your senses are sharper than any would be attacker.
