I won’t comment on the first speculation, but you’re right about the latter. Everyone (real and fictional) has secrets.

Yes, but most twins are like that… it’s not using magic, a lot of twins have the ability to tell when the other is upset, sharing the womb together creates a close bond. It isn’t really a surprise to me that they are like that…
On the other hand, I agree that it’s interesting that THAT’S what they’re worried about… if they think THAT’S bad, wait’ll they find out Claire’s REAL secret… lol

I find it amusing that all the comments here are about secrets, and nothing about how Claire’s first thoughts are about the good things that can come from such bonds and abilities.

BUT, if they communicate by reading each others minds, and can read other people’s minds, it’s psychometry.
