Our second OC is Sally Grymkin. You can see her and her puppet companion Schwarz right there behind Azi. (Tonight is the night of the tophat OCs!) Sally's a Gravewitch, able to (you guessed it!) speak to the dead, and she tries to use this ability to help Shards. You'll see her again before the Chapter is over!
