I had to walk back and forth all over the town the last week in blistering cold, and my feeble little lungs can’t take it.  I have a pretty painful cough/sore throat, and I also haven’t gotten much sleep since I have been trying to hard to update this blog every day/prepare things for Miss Monae all at the same time.

I hate postponing, but I’m afraid my health could get much worse if I don’t listen to my body and take a break from everything for at least a day.  I’ll get to the last stages of the CHaracter design tutorial ASAP, too!

Hello androids!

I just had an idea! I just bought tickets to see Miss Monae again when she returns to London this December (I might be seeing her twice, if I’m lucky) and I thought it would be cool to put together a book of fanart for her and the Wondaland Arts Society, and I’d like EVERYONE here (and across the internet!) to submit! .

I’m thinking it will be primarily VISUAL art, but I’m open to anything- maybe something written describing what her music/concert experience meant to you, etc.

I haven’t ever put together a book before, but I’m looking into it. I’ll come back with sizing/template information and stuff, but for now, think about what you’d like to include. Your deadline will be sometime in mid November, because the concert is on December 2.

Anyone here handled anything like this before? Ideas? Suggestions? Let me know! =)
