It’s by Mikamoto Rei, infamous creator of Reiko the Zombie Shop. If you know anything about that series, you pretty much know what to expect in this one… a lot of sexy psychopathic women with a tendency to murder and mutilate people in creative ways.  Actually, the first 3 parts of “Satanister” is dedicated to the main villain, who likes to drug suicidal people, take them out to the mountains, dress them in bunny outfits, and goes on a jolly hunting spree.  We don’t even see our big-breasted nun heroine until the very lastest chapters, but the cliffhanger promises lots more crazy girls and gore with the upcoming “World Championship Massacring Psychopath Tournament.” Who knew psychopaths were so organized!

I have to warn you, although it’s extremely over the top and campy (I mean, the girl with the giant drill calls herself “Hole Girl,” for goodness’ sake!) it’s also not for the faint of heart.  I think someone gets decapitated or blown up at least once every few pages.  I won’t endorse any illegal activities, but I happen to know that some bad, bad people have uploaded all the translated chapters up on a certain website.  It would be a shame if any of you googled it and looked it up. (I mean, who would want to read this, anyway?? XD)

Even though it’s published in Japan, it’s drawn by a Korean artist named Ko Yasung. The art is good, but not terribly original (and neither is the story, frankly.) Still, it’s fun to see another story with a nun as a main character, although the Gary-Stu type protagonist with his special bleeding scar is annoying enough to undo whatever cool the nun character provided. XD;
